I had an excellent experience today with Ottawa Swiss Watch. The service was amazing and the prcing is the best I have seen I did not have to make an appointment or leave my watches that needed the batteries replaced. They serviced them immediately and even cleaned them so that the bands and watch look new. I highly recommend them.

AAA+ Service!! I had my Audemars Piguet Watch serviced by Layth and his Team. I live in Alberta and he sent me fully insured shipping package to my house. I packaged my watch and it was back to him in less than 24 HRS. I was given a estimate for the service and once I gave the go a head they started. Layth sent me updated photos of my watch showing me the process. The watch was completely disassembled and fully serviced. I would recommend Ottawa Swiss Watch Service to all my friends and family. They are AP best North America service Centres and I can see why. They have gained a customer for life.Thank You Layth and Rida for all your help and keep doing what you guys do best

Excellent service. I brought in my Panerai Luminor for what I thought would be a costly repair requiring parts to be ordered. They took a look at it and fixed it within a few minutes. I highly recommend them for all watch repair needs.

I have used this service once before and again as we speak, I am inside the shop right now, very clean and classy place, extremely professional and courteous. I just walked in looking to change a battery on my Luminox 3001 Navy Seal watch and the gentleman saw me right away and is changing the battery as we speak, what more can you say about their quality and service? Simply put, it’s the best place to get your watch serviced. I would recommend everyone comes here to get their Swiss watch serviced.
